Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Burnt Barber is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Burnt Barber is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at burntbarber@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at burntbarber@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
